IP68 Cable Glands - PG Series

Used for PVC, XLPE, and flexible cables to protect against the ingress of dust and moisture. Manufactured from nickel plated brass, with a temperature rating of -20 ºC to 120ºC and tested to IP68. Superior cable grip and enhanced strain relief. Extended cable diameter range reduces inventory. Locknuts are sold separately.

PG threaded glands have straight threads designed with a smaller thread depth and larger flank angle. The 80° angle of the PG thread gives a shorter profile than the more common 60° angle found in Metric threads.
