IP68 Cable Glands - PG Series

Used for PVC, XLPE, and flexible cables to protect against the ingress of dust and moisture. Manufactured from nickel plated brass, with a temperature rating of -20ºC to 120ºC and tested to IP68. Superior cable grip and enhanced strain relief. Extended cable diameter range reduces inventory. Locknuts are sold separately.

PG threaded glands have straight threads designed with a smaller thread depth and larger flank angle. The 80° angle of the PG thread gives a shorter profile than the more common 60° angle found in Metric threads.
