Bimetal Reducing Links

Used to provide a reliable transition between aluminium and copper cables. Manufactured from high conductivity aluminium and copper. Complete with jointing compound in the aluminium barrel, capped end and compression die information.

Compression information is provided with each bimetal link. Our manufacturing department offers a fast turnaround for all bimetal link orders and can manufacture specifically for use with copper flexible cables. If you are joining to copper flex, please include this in your request and we will provide the links with a bellmouth (flared) cable entry.

Customised links can be made to order. For any sizes not shown please call the ECL team and discuss your requirements.

Bimetal Links are crimped using standard hexagonal dies as shown.
