Wildlife/Bird Guards

We offer a range of wildlife bushing guards. These are essential as transformers provide a place for wildlife to perch.

Reliaguard® Bushing Guards are designed to stay in place.
Retention of the guard once applied is a critical design feature
to be considered. Reliaguard guards are manufactured with
a superior closure design to ensure the bushing guards stay
where they are installed. The lock fastener included with each
guard provides an optional method of ensuring guards can’t be inadvertently dislodged.

Key Features:

• Overlapping fingers to prevent birds and animals from
  using gaps to store food or nesting materials
• Manufactured with a superior closure design to ensure
  the bushing covers stay where they are installed
• Covers can accommodate conductor exiting at various
  angles
• Manufactured from a proprietary material known as
  Reliatanium™
• Reliatanium achieves a V-0 flammability classification,
  the highest rating for the UL-94 test standard
